{REVIEW} Bitsy's Brainfood

Being healthy and eating smart starts early, there will come a day when I won't be able to choose what my kids will eat but for now I can and do. After years of making the right choices for my kids, it's so rewarding to see them make smart choices for themselves, I loved that my daughter pushed aside the sugary cake at a birthday party and asked for fresh fruit instead!! Eating healthy, organic and GMO free can be yummy and fun...... enter Bitsy's Brainfood. I first noticed the cookies at Whole Foods and fell in love with the alphabet shaped cookies, we've tried the Zucchini + Gingerbread + Carrot, the Sweet Potato + Oatmeal + Raisin and the Orange + Chocolate + Beet and my kids and I love them all.

They are sweet enough to be a treat and packed with Vitamin A, B12, B6, D3 Calcium, Iron, Omega-3, EPA and DHA....can the cookies in your pantry say the same? Did I mention they're made with Organic ingredients and GMO free!! My oldest is learning to read so the alphabet shapes are an added bonus and she loves looking for the letters in her name!

Let's talk cereal for a minute....why are there hundreds of sugary cereals flooding the aisles of every supermarket and why is it that the more sugar and junk they contain the better the packaging looks?Of course kids want the not-so-good for them cereal it comes packages in bright colors and has fun characters on the front...Kids I don't blame you, but I won't buy it either. You can tell that two Moms are the masterminds of Bitsy's because they created a line of cereals (Banana Squash Squares, Fruit & Veggie 123, and Carrot Raisin Crunch) and they are packed with Vitamin A, B6, B12, C, D, Zic, Iron and are Organic, GMO-free, Vegan and Kosher and are packaged in kid friendly & fun boxes!!

Bitsy's Brainfood is available at Whole Foods & Target so the next time you're shopping for cereal or cookies, look for Bitsy's and eat SMART!
